About Me.

I am delighted that you found me here! I am a husband; father; librarian; seeker; lover of coffee, books, conversation, and beer; musician, and spiritual director. Each of these roles provide my life with meaning in different ways.

In 2018, I decided to become a spiritual director because of the value is added to my own life through the years. I have a Graduate Certificate in Spiritual Direction from Richmont Graduate University in Atlanta. I offer spiritual direction in person (in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area) and online.

I have also obtained a Certificate of Completion in Religious Trauma Studies from the Global Center for Religious Research. As a religious trauma survivor myself, I wanted to learn more about it, how it happens, and how to help those who have suffered at the hands of religious authority figures, structures, and systems.

Finally, because I believe there is wisdom to be found in creation and have found healing there myself, I wanted to be able to offer this to others. So I obtained a certification in Ecospirituality: Environmental Pathways to Healing from the Graduate Theological Union.
